1. Who we are
PREGRAiDED ("PREGRAiDED", "we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Unsaved Changes, LLC.. You can contact us at support@pregraided.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Payments are processed by Stripe
Unsaved Changes, LLC. is the seller of record for every transaction on PREGRAiDED. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates ("Stripe"). When you check out, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's checkout terms are available at stripe.com/legal/checkout.
3. The service
PREGRAiDED is an AI-powered pre-grading and authenticity-screening tool for Pokémon trading cards. Each $2 scan returns an estimated grade on a 5,000-point scale, sub-scores for centering, corners, edges, and surface, an authenticity verdict, and a rough market value estimate.
PREGRAiDED is not a professional grading company. We are not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, or Pokémon. Our output is an automated estimate and must not be treated as a substitute for human grading or authentication by a qualified third party. Buying, selling, or insurance decisions based on a PREGRAiDED report are made at your own risk.
4. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. One person, one account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload images you do not have the right to use.
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Attempt to bypass quotas, reverse engineer the service, scrape the site, probe its security, or interfere with other users.
- Use the API to build a competing pre-grading service or to resell grading reports without our written permission.
- Use the service in connection with the sale of counterfeit cards.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store those images so we can provide the service to you, improve our models, and operate the platform. You can delete your images at any time from your account page. The site, the trained models, and all PREGRAiDED content, branding, and software remain our property.
7. Pricing and payment
Scans cost $2 USD each, charged per scan at checkout. A signed authenticity certificate is an optional $9.99 USD upsell. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated by Stripe Tax and added on top of that price.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: if the AI fails to return a usable report on a scan you paid for, we will refund that scan within 30 days of purchase.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or remove content at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if continued service would expose us to legal or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the account page.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of grading or pricing estimates, and non-infringement. AI output can be wrong. Counterfeit detection is best-effort and not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service, in aggregate, will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The new version applies to use of the service after the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Unsaved Changes, LLC. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your own country.
