Refund Policy

Our promise

Unsaved Changes, LLC. operates PREGRAiDED. We want every paid scan to give you a useful report. If a scan you paid for did not return a usable result, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full $2.

When you can get a refund

When we can decline

We may decline a refund if you simply disagree with the AI's grade or authenticity verdict, if more than 30 days have passed since purchase, if the request appears fraudulent, or if you have already received the report and used it to inform a buying, selling, or grading decision.

How to request a refund

Email support@pregraided.app from the address on your account, include the date of purchase and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days.

Stripe is our payment processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. The seller of record for every transaction is Unsaved Changes, LLC..

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster directly. A chargeback may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is open.
